Why edit an element’s expiration date?

You can edit an element’s expiration date when you want to update it to make sure the element poses no risk to its users.

How do I edit an element’s expiration date?

To edit an element’s expiration date, simply:

  1. Click “Elements”

  2. Filter the element to edit

  3. Click on “Attributes”

  4. Edit the expiration date

  5. Click on “Validate”

    Note: once the deadline has passed, you can then scrap your element (this mainly applies to PPE).

How do I edit the expiration date of several elements?

To edit the expiration date of several elements, simply:

  1. Click on “Elements”

  2. Filter the elements

  3. Select the elements to edit using the 🔲 iconNote: if you want to select all elements (all pages), click directly on the 🔲 icon below “Grouped actions”.

  4. Click on “Grouped actions”

  5. Click on “Edit a common attribute”

  6. Click on “Attribute to edit”

  7. Select “Expiration date”

  8. Edit the expiration date

  9. Click on “Modify”
