Introduction
Ealico is a platform dedicated to regulatory control management. It allows you to track your equipment, organise your controls, centralise related documents and manage everything using real-time indicators.
This guide presents the main functional components of the platform, their roles and how they interact.
Key modules
Score / Dashboard / Activity report: your real-time compliance indicators
Elements: your equipment or installations subject to inspection
Groups: management of related equipment (e.g. refrigeration units)
Deadlines: regulatory inspection dates to be met
Control interventions: operations planned to carry out these inspections
Observations: anomalies, reservations and non-conformities detected, to be monitored until they are resolved
Maintenance interventions: corrective actions taken
Documentary obligations: documents required by regulations
Documents: supporting documents associated with your obligations
Express Reports: automated data updates after the inspection based on the reports
How does it all work together?
Managing regulatory inspections is a cycle. Each element is linked to one or more deadlines, to be carried out via an inspection intervention.
This intervention gives rise to an inspection report to be archived in the documents, where observations can be found.
The system tracks everything, feeds your dashboard, and allows you to generate a score and an overall activity report.
