Introduction

Ealico is a platform dedicated to managing regulatory inspections. It allows you to track your equipment, organise your inspections, centralise related documents and manage everything using real-time indicators.

This guide provides a step-by-step overview of the platform's essential features to help you get started with Ealico with confidence.

Step 1: Identify and track your equipment

First and foremost, identify your equipment subject to regulatory inspections (lifting, PPE, electricity, fire, etc.). Creating an item in Ealico automatically triggers the association of applicable regulatory obligations (inspections, frequencies, documentation requirements, reference texts).

Step 2: Plan and track deadlines

Ealico automatically generates future deadline dates based on the date of the last inspection. For each deadline, it is necessary to plan an intervention in order to record the completion of the regulatory inspection in Ealico and maintain compliant tracking.

🔗 Useful resources:

Once the action has been completed, validate it in Ealico to update the equipment status and prepare for the next deadline.

🔗 Useful resources:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (cancellation, postponement, intervention not carried out), you can adjust the schedule as appropriate:

Step 3: Update data with inspection reports

After each inspection, an inspection report is drawn up. You can save the report and any observations related to the equipment directly on the platform.

🔗 Useful resources:

This centralisation ensures traceability and facilitates audit preparation. If any inconsistencies are detected (data entry errors in the report or new equipment missing from the database), Ealico will automatically alert you.

🔗 Useful resource:

Step 4: Resolve observations from inspection reports

Observations from reports can be assigned to a manager, scheduled over time, and then resolved through corrective actions.

🔗 Useful resources:

Follow up on actions until the observation is resolved.

Step 5: Track your compliance indicators

Access your dashboards for real-time monitoring:
