Definition
Score
The score is defined by evaluating each of the scores required to achieve compliance on an item. It is broken down into three scores out of 1,000 points:
Deadlines
Observations
Documentary requirements
Each type of element has a weighting. This weighting makes it possible to differentiate between elements that pose a high risk to humans and the environment and elements with a lesser impact.
Utility
The "score" allows each user to obtain relevant information for implementing actions.

The score on observations is calculated out of 1,000 points based on the change in the number of observations to be made on the elements and the planning of the removal of observations.
