What is delivery?
Delivery is the final stage of setup. All your installations are configured on Ealico and your login details are sent to you.
When does delivery take place?
Delivery takes place once all the installation data has been collected and analysed.
Where does delivery take place?
Access is delivered by email, in which each user receives their login details and password with the link to log in to Ealico.

Distribution of login details
The person responsible for configuring your Ealico space completes the configuration of your installations with all the installation data collected and sends each user's login details by email.
Note: For security reasons, when you log in to your Ealico space for the first time, you will automatically be asked to choose a personalised password.
Configuration report
The person responsible for configuring your Ealico space will draw up a document summarising the data entered and the compliance status of the installations.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is very fast. Once all the installation data has been collected and analysed, it takes between 1 and 4 days.
