Data collection is the most important step in the setup process. You need to provide the latest inspection reports and the list of your installations related to the regulatory topics you manage.

Data collection begins following the kick-off meeting.
Where does data collection take place?
Data collection occurs in a fully secure area dedicated to sharing "data." This space is provided to all stakeholders by the person responsible for setting up your Ealico space.
Note: If other stakeholders need access, please inform the person responsible for setting up your Ealico space so they can grant access.
How does data collection proceed?
The data collection process is as follows:
Access the document sharing platform
Click the link to the sharing platform provided in the email sent by the person responsible for setting up your Ealico space.
Enter the password provided in the email sent by the person responsible for configuring your Ealico space

Submit your data
You will find folders organized by regulatory topic where you need to upload the following documents:
The latest inspection reports of your equipment: these are the most reliable data sources. They are essential to extract observations and detailed characteristics of your elements.
Tracking files: you can send us your Excel spreadsheets or other equipment tracking documents. These files often contain essential data such as identification information, manufacturer data, and regulatory details, allowing us to comprehensively integrate your installations.
To upload documents, simply drag and drop them or click on “Upload” then “Files”, and select the documents to submit.
Note: It is necessary that you provide all the data related to your installations.
How long does data collection take?
The data collection duration depends on the schedule agreed with the person responsible for setting up your Ealico space. Typically, this step takes between 2 and 4 weeks.
