What are the steps of setup?
Here are the different steps required to set up your installations on Ealico:
The person in charge of setting up your Ealico space will contact you to organize a project kick-off meeting with all stakeholders. This step is necessary to understand your current operations, present the setup process for your installations, and define the milestones until delivery.
The person in charge of setting up your Ealico space will provide you with a fully secure area dedicated to sharing the necessary "data" for the setup. You will send the latest inspection reports and the list of your installations related to the regulatory topics you manage.
Data Analysis
We carefully study your data to extract all relevant elements, observations, inspection dates, and identify any missing data.Additional Data Collection (optional)
If any data is missing, you will have the opportunity to provide it during this step.Delivery
We set up your account and deliver it ready to use.Final Validation
After delivery, you will have a period during which our teams are available to adjust data and fine-tune your account according to your needs.
How long does the setup take?
On average, it takes 4 to 8 weeks from the kick-off meeting to complete your account setup. The faster you provide the data, the quicker the setup will be.
