Why add an element to a group?

You can add an element to a group when you want to update the list of elements included in that group.

How do I add an element to a group?

To add an element to a group, simply:

  1. Click on "Elements"

  2. Filter for the element

  3. Click on the element

  4. Click on "Add"

  5. Choose the group, two options:

    1. New group:

      1. Fill in the group's characteristics: Group name, Site, Regulation, Synced group (or not)

      2. Click on "Create and link"

    2. Existing group:

      1. Enter the group name

      2. Click on the group

      3. Click on "Link"

How do I add several elements to a group?

To add several elements to a group, simply:

  1. Click on "Elements"
    ​Note: you must select a single regulation and a single site.

  2. Filter the elements

  3. Select the elements to add using the 🔲 icon
    ​Note: to select all elements (across all pages), click directly on the 🔲 icon below "Bulk actions."

  4. Click on "Bulk actions"

  5. Click on "Add to a group"

  6. Choose the group, two options:

    1. New group:

      1. Fill in the group's characteristics: Group name, Site, Regulation, Synced group (or not)

      2. Click on "Create and link"

    2. Existing group:

      1. Enter the group name

      2. Click on the group

      3. Click on "Link"
