Edit a common characteristic: you can edit the "Common characteristics" of several elements at once. Common characteristics refer to the following fields: Technical unit, Equipment number, Designation, Location, Status, Rented, Building, Expiration date, Disposal date, Key element, Owner.

Edit a custom characteristic: you can edit a custom characteristic of several elements at once.

Add a note: you can add a note when you want to provide clarification on several elements, regardless of status.

Add to a group: you can add several elements at once to an existing group.

Link to an element: you can link several elements to another one (for example, several accessories linked to a container).

Assign a document: you can assign a document to several elements.

Remove a document: you can remove a document assigned to several elements at once.

Link to a maintenance intervention: you can link several elements to an existing or new maintenance intervention.

Add a voluntary inspection: you can add a voluntary inspection to several elements at once.

Change a voluntary inspection's frequency: you can change the frequency of a voluntary inspection on several elements at once.

Export: you can export the filtered elements in Excel format.
