Introduction
Effectively managing your inspection deadlines is essential for ensuring regulatory compliance and the safety of your equipment.
This guide is designed to help you through the whole process, from scheduling inspections to completing them: scheduling deadlines, tracking deadlines, and updating inspection dates.
By following this guide, you’ll be able to schedule your inspections in a structured way, minimise the risk of missing anything, and get better control over your inspection deadlines.
Analyse the deadlines you need to schedule using filters and reports
Present fact-based overviews with proactive, efficient management of your deadlines by generating a report. Using the filters on deadlines to be scheduled, build targeted views by regulation (by type of inspection or due date, for example) and track how your deadlines are progressing more easily.

Create an inspection visit to schedule your deadlines
Once your deadlines have been filtered, it’s essential to schedule them to ensure rigorous regulatory tracking. Planning your inspection visits ahead of time lets you make sure the inspection is carried out before the due date.
You can link an inspection visit to several deadlines and export the visit dates to your Outlook calendar, or view the inspections calendar in the Dashboard.

Validate your inspection visits
Validate your inspection visits to confirm that the planned visits took place and to ensure traceability of the operations carried out.
Note: if an element included in the inspection visit ultimately wasn’t inspected according to the inspection report, you must edit the inspection visit before validating it, to keep the inspected elements consistent.

👉 Cancel an inspection
Note: if a deadline ultimately wasn’t inspected and you removed it from the inspection visit, you can of course create a new inspection visit.
