Definition
“Express Reports” is an Ealico feature that extracts data (elements, report date, control type, and observations) from a control report and updates it automatically.
Utility
“Express Reports” saves each user time in collecting, entering, and updating regulatory data following a control of one or more elements in their inventory. For each validated report, “Express Reports”:
Updates deadlines
Updates observations
Links the report to the observations
Saves the control report
Links to the documentation obligations
This feature allows users to focus on their core business by limiting time-consuming and repetitive administrative tasks.
Functionality
“Express Reports” consists of the following fields:
Report details:
Characteristics:
Document name
Site
Regulations
Status
Analysis date
Number of pages

Success:
Ready for validation: All information in the report has been successfully extracted and no inconsistencies have been found. You can check the extracted information and validate the report.
To be reviewed before validation (orange dot): All information in the report has been successfully extracted, but inconsistencies have been found. You can check the extracted information, resolve the inconsistencies, and validate the report.
The document has been analyzed and no information has been found: the document sent does not correspond to a regulatory control present in Ealico, the report is directly moved to “No action required” status.
The document has been analyzed and the controls extracted are already up to date on Ealico: the report is directly moved to “No action required” status.
Related elements identified:
Deadlines: list of deadlines extracted from the report analyzed by Rapports Express.
Not found (no element): The extracted deadlines have not been associated with any element.
Action: You must resolve the inconsistencies by associating the deadline with an existing element or by creating a new element.
Not found (no deadline): The extracted deadlines have been associated with elements but not with any deadlines.
Action: You must resolve the inconsistencies by associating the element with an existing deadline (the element may not have a deadline because there are no mandatory checks on this element).
Note: An element that is not subject to mandatory checks in Ealico may be subject to voluntary checks.
Present in Ealico as “To do”: The extracted deadlines are found with the status “To do.”
Action: the deadline date will be updated automatically.
Present in Ealico as “Completed”: The extracted deadlines are found with the status “Completed”.
Action: the deadline date will be corrected automatically.
Observations: list of observations extracted from the report analyzed by Rapports Express.
Elements not found: Elements related to the extracted observations are not found.
Action: You must resolve the inconsistencies by associating the observation with an existing element or by creating this new element.
New: The observations are present in the report but are not found in Ealico.
Action: The observations will be created automatically.
Present in Ealico as “To do”: The extracted observations are found with the status “To do”.
Action 1 (default): The observations will remain with the status “To do”.
Action 2: Observations will be created automatically.
Present in Ealico as “Completed”: The extracted observations are found with the status “Completed.”
Action 1 (default): Observations will be created automatically.
Action 2: Observations will be changed to the status “To do.”
Action 3: Observations will remain as “Completed.”
Present in Ealico as “No follow-up”: The extracted observations are found with the status “No follow-up”.
Action: The observations will remain with the status “No follow-up”.
Absent from the report but in “To do”: The observations are not present in the report but are found with the status “To do”.
Action 1 (default): Observations will be changed to “Completed” status.
Action 2: Observations will remain in “Completed” status.
Additional elements: list of elements extracted from the report analysed by Rapports Express.
Not found: The extracted elements are not found.
Action: You must resolve the inconsistencies.
Present in Ealico: The extracted elements are found.
Action: The documents will be linked to the element automatically.
"Express Reports" is broken down into several parts:
"All": List of all reports, regardless of status.
"Under analysis": List of reports for which the extraction of identified linked objects is in progress.
"To be validated": List of reports for which the extraction of identified linked objects is to be validated.
"Completed": List of reports for which data updating is complete.
"No follow-up": List of reports for which analysis was unsuccessful.
You can perform various actions in "Express Reports" such as:
Note: It takes a maximum of 7 working days for Ealico to publish the results of the report analysis.
Which package?
The "Express Reports" feature is an option. It is available for the Pro and Corpo packages.
Technology
The Rxpress algorithm is based on OCR (Optical Character Recognition) coupled with AI (artificial intelligence) and automatically extracts data from control reports to categorise it and integrate it directly into the EALICO solution. This algorithm has been developed to work with all types of reports, regardless of the control body or the element(s) inspected. The Rxpress algorithm was developed by the Ealico teams exclusively for the Ealico application. This innovation is unique. It is currently the only technology capable of extracting and categorising data from any control report.
