Data collection and analysis is the most important step in the setup process. You need to provide the latest inspection reports and the list of your facilities for the regulations you manage.

Data collection and analysis begins following the kick-off meeting.
Where does data collection take place?
The person responsible for setting up your Ealico space gives you access to your setup workspace, directly available in Ealico. There, you provide the latest inspection reports and the list of your facilities for the regulations you manage.
Note: if other stakeholders need access, let the person responsible for setting up your Ealico space know so they can grant them access.
How does data collection proceed?
Here's how data collection unfolds:
Retrieve your login credentials
Click on the Ealico login link sent in the email from the person responsible for setting up your Ealico space.
Enter the password provided in that email.Note: for security reasons, the first time you log in to your Ealico space, you'll automatically be asked to choose a personal password.
Access Ealico
Click on "Settings"
Filter your setup by "In progress"
Click on the relevant setup
Import your reports and tracking files
Tip: for this step, we need the latest inspection reports for your equipment : your inspection reports are the most reliable data source. They're essential for retrieving observations as well as the detailed characteristics of your elements.
And/or tracking files: you can send us your Excel spreadsheets or other equipment tracking documents. Your files very often contain essential data such as identification data, manufacturer data, and regulatory data that allow us to fully integrate all of your facilities.

How does data analysis proceed?
We analyze and extract the data from your tracking files and inspection reports and compare them to ensure everything is consistent. This can reveal inconsistencies between your tracking and your reports, such as:
Different identifications
Elements present in the reports but not in the tracking file
Inspection reports not submitted
Our experts progressively draft "Outstanding items," which summarize all the inconsistencies found during data analysis that need to be resolved.
How long does data collection take?
Data collection varies depending on the schedule set with the person responsible for setting up your Ealico space. This step generally takes between 2 and 4 weeks.
Note: analysis happens as data comes in, regulation by regulation: as soon as you share your data for a given regulation, we analyze it in detail to extract all elements, observations, and inspection dates, and to identify what's missing.
