"Ealico Support" is divided into two parts:
Chat: Simply ask a question and our support team will answer it. The support team is made up of industrial engineers who know the field and understand the issues faced by manufacturers. A legal team, working closely with the support team, helps them provide you with the right answers to your questions about your regulatory obligations.
The knowledge base: Simply search for a help article. All features are explained in the knowledge base. Each article includes images and concise explanations that will help you find your answers quickly.
Which package?
"Ealico Support" is available in all packages. All users have access to the knowledge base; only the response time via chat varies depending on the package subscribed to.
