Why remove a document linked to an element?

You can remove a document linked to one or several element(s) when you no longer want the element to be associated with that document.

How do I remove a document linked to an element?

To remove a document linked to an element, simply:

  1. Click on "Elements"

  2. Filter for the element

  3. Click on "Documents"

  4. Click on "Remove"

    Note: any removal is permanent. You'll find the removal of the link recorded in the Activity log.

How do I remove a document linked to several elements?

To remove a document linked to several elements, simply:

  1. Click on "Elements"

  2. Filter for the elements to edit

  3. Select the elements to edit using the 🔲 icon
    ​Note: to select all elements, click directly on the 🔲 icon next to the "Bulk actions" button.

  4. Click on "Bulk actions"

  5. Click on "Remove a document"

  6. Search for the document

  7. Click on "Remove"

    Note: any removal is permanent. You'll find the removal of the link recorded in the Activity log.
